John Thomas McNall began his career in law enforcement as a Constable with the Ontario Provincial Police in 1975 and retired as the Provincial Speed Management Coordinator, Traffic Sergeant in 2008.
During that time he has held a number of duty assignments including, lead course instructor and foremost expert on speed measuring devices in Ontario. As a result he lectured extensively throughout the Province to Municipal, Provincial & Federal law enforcement agencies.
John has trained in Speed Measuring devices in the Netherlands, the United States & Canada and holds a number of certificates including automated speed & red light camera enforcement.
As the Chair of Ontario's Speed Measuring Device advisory committee, John was selected to train police in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where traffic accidents are so prevalent they soon surpass AIDS as the leading cause of death.
He is frequently consulted by many leading Lawyers & Paralegal firms on all matters relating to speed enforcement and other highway traffic offences and has been designated an Expert in Radar & Lidar in Ontario & Nova Scotia.
In 2009 he graduated with an Honours Diploma in Paralegal studies.
